• The Estate consit of 15 flats, 18 bedsits, 113 cottages ranging from 37 in Phase II, 54 in Phase III and 22 in Phase IV, 20 private non-assisted living rooms, 16 private mid-care, 19 frail care beds.


• Chapel:
• Our non-denominational Chapel seats about 40 worshippers and is well cared for by dedicated Residents. Services are held by representatives of various Faiths.


• Mary’s Garden:
• This is a quiet retreat for our residents and their visitors.


• Recreation Centre:
• This centre houses post boxes, notice boards, snooker tables, jigsaw puzzles and daily newspapers for the residents’ convenience and relaxation.


• Library:
• The library is very well maintained by the honorary village librarian, who is a resident. The quality reading matter is very high and well supported.


• Guest Room:
• This facility is often used when residents have family and friends visiting.


• Hair Dresser:
• This is a unisex salon. Wheelchair facilities are offered to those who cannot get to the salon unaided.


• Laundries:
• There is one for the residents, one for Frail Care and plenty of wash lines.
